BRUCE BENNETT
President Bruce received his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Utah. Included in his degree were many courses on public opinion research. He received his MBA from Brigham Young University where he emphasized Organizational Behavior. Before coming to STAR, he worked at Ford Motor Company, first as an external OD consultant for 3 years, then as an internal OD consultant, and as head of the Organizational Development, Training and Communication Departments in two manufacturing plants for 5 years. > Back to top
QUINN G. MCKAY
Vice President, Strategic Development
Quinn received Masters of Business Administration and Doctorate of Business Administration degrees from the Harvard Business School. His international experiences as a visiting professor and a consultant have given him a global reference in corporate culture. Over the years, Quinn has been a consultant for many Fortune 500 Companies including AT&T, General Electric, General Motors, Boeing Corporation and U.S. Steel. Most recently Quinn's consulting activities have included culture assessment with executives at Columbia Hospital Corporation of America and executive teams at AT&T as a prelude to culture change interventions and executive leadership coaching. He has also served as an executive coach to selected partners of KPMG. > Back to top
MIKE BEALLOR
Vice President, Product Development and Engineering Mike has a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and has spent his career in programming and developing state-of-the-art computer applications. He has worked as a developer for Ontario Hydro, Bank of Montreal, and Zenox Corporation in Canada and has developed telephony applications for many organizations ranging from the Toronto Symphony to the Government of Canada. Mike has programmed and managed many high profile projects including an election in Canada in which 152,000 people voted by phone during an eight-day period. The Mayor of Toronto described the project as, "the most ambitious phone vote ever staged." Mike has also pioneered the integration of telephone, e-mail and web technologies. > Back to top
PETER MARINKO
Vice President, Operations Before joining STAR, Pete was the VP of Operations at Instant Access Information Systems. At IAIS, Pete supervised the development and delivery of many telephone applications including systems for large organizations such as the Bay Area Rapid Transit organization, Bell Canada, and AT&T. He was also involved in the creation of telephony and computer solutions for small and medium sized companies such as AristoKraft, Decora, and CabinetVision. Before IAIS, Pete was the head programmer and network specialist at MHA Associates. Pete completed his education at San Jose State in 1988 and has been involved in computer network and telephony industries throughout his career. > Back to top
