Participants create goals online, connect to their managers and coaches, and receive reminder e-mails while at work. STARiCoachplus creates a unique personal planning web site where participants access their baseline information and view progress in real time. In addition, participants can modify their plan, retrieve co-worker feedback, administer their own mini surveys and accurately measure improvement. Successfully involve managers and/or coaches

STARiCoachplus automatically keeps the participant, manager, supervisor and coach up to date. As goal due dates approach, STARiCoachplus sends out e-mail reminders to these important mentors whenever there is a change to the participant’s plan. Upon reviewing the participant’s plan, managers and coaches can provide comments or suggestions for any goal in the plan. As participants proceed through their development plans, these mentors can also be automatically invited to take short surveys focused on specified goal areas. Complete documentation

When the goals in a participant’s development plan are completed, STARiCoachplus sends the manager and/or coach an e-mail inviting them to hold a final development discussion. All the goals, due dates, dates completed, compiled comments, and the progress survey results can then be printed and used to review and reward the participant’s progress. > Back to top
